Terms & Conditions

  • The hire period is for the day we POST the costumes until the day we RECEIVE the return.

  • To return your order, use the postage label (attached to the outside of your order in a documents enclosed pouch), and drop off at any post office.

  • We use Parcelforce 48 to post orders, we take no responsibility for delays as a result of postal delays/strikes. Please order your costumes in plenty of time to allow for delays.

  • The hirer is responsible for the costumes until they are received back in our depot.

  • Any costumes lost or damaged we shall contact you and offer the chance to return or replace.

  • If no costume or replacement is received within 7 days your payment card will be automatically charged full retail price.

  • Damage also refers to fake tan stains.

  • A late returns fee of 50p per costume per day will be automatically charged for latereturns.

  • You are able to make changes to your order up to 30 days before they are due to be posted, after which any changes are subject to availability.

  • Make sure to pack the returns appropriately.

  • The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to returns in transit.

  • You have 14 days after placing an order in which to cancel, as long as the start date is more than 7 days later

  • If you require different start dates then please place multiple orders and pay shipping for each start date, otherwise the whole order will be posted for the latest start date chosen.

  • Orders take a minimum of 48 hours to process. If you place an order for a start date before this, the order won't be shipped until this is completed.

  • Orders placed for a weekend or bank holiday start date will be changed to the next working day.

  • You can see a list of bank holidays here.

  • Unfortunately we currently cannot post to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands, due to high postage costs.

  • We will store any data entered into our website for three years.
